I’ve been a highly satisfied investor with Oasis Private Funder Fund I since 2014. I’m impressed with the competence, integrity, and transparency of PPM’s management team. They follow a careful methodology for selecting only high-potential, low-risk loans. If a default does occur, so far they have always been able to turn it into a profit for the Fund. The Fund is set up so that investors get paid first, and managers second. Financials are administered by a third-party organization. I’m even more impressed with the individual accessibility of the managers. At the beginning of the COVID epidemic, I was worried about the state of the economy and its impact on Oasis Private Funder. I peppered Mark and Nam with questions. Even during this initial turmoil, they took the time to patiently and honestly address each of my concerns in depth, first over the phone and then in a follow-up email. They backed up their answers with factual information and specific examples. I was relieved! In these uncertain times, it’s comforting to hold an investment that doesn’t keep me up at night, yet brings in a reliable return. I’m sure grateful that a friend told me about this fund, and that I took the steps to invest in it. I’ve never regretted my decision.

I've been invested in the Oasis Private Funder via my IRA for just over two years. Nam facilitated a very informative initial due diligence meeting with Mark Hanf in which all of my questions and potential concerns were well satisfied. He then coordinated with my IRA custodian, and made the initial and subsequent addition of funds in my second year very straightforward and timely. The fund has consistently delivered on-time monthly returns equal to or higher than stated expectations. Monthly statements and fund reporting are also very timely and informative. I'm very impressed with the quality of the team at PPM. They have an excellent grasp on the market they serve, with the result being reasonably safe and excellent returns to us investors.

Oasis Private Funder provides my ideal balance of security and liquidity. The Oasis Private Funder gives me regular monthly income at a steady but profitable rate, backed by solid RE loans with solid LTVs. The Freedom Fund earns about 7x the return available from the best bank savings account, and still provides liquidity as needed. Oasis Private Funder staff are easy to deal with, knowledgable and experienced. Personally, I prefer RE backed investing with a trustworthy company to the vagaries of the stock market.

Although I’m a relatively new investor starting in February 2020, I’ve found people at Oasis Private Funder very professional, efficient and friendly. My funds were quickly deployed and statements monthly are online so your asset holdings are clearly transparent.

Exactly by the date that Mark and Lisa projected, I received my funding. This was my first time having to resort to "hard" money, but had I the luck of contacting Mark and Lisa first, I would not have known why it was called "hard" money, so relatively easy and reasonable did they make it.
